Here at Minky Tatts Studio we aim to create a relaxed and comfortable space for tattoo enthusiasts and first time clients. Due to us being a private studio this creates an environment unique from other studios that allows a more creative and personal experience for both client and artist .
About Minky
As well as being the owner Minky is a great artist, she mainly enjoys finer and more detailed tattoos but would love to explore a range of styles. She is happy to work with you on your ideas and has plenty of flash available which you can view on her Instagram page.

Frequently Asked Questions
The short answer is no, it is illegal to tattoo a persons under 18 with or without parental consent. If you are lucky enough to look under 18 you will be required to show a valid form of ID .
We do have flash available if it’s a smaller/simpler tattoo however if it’s something bigger/more unique you are after feel free to message and we can draw you a custom design.
Tattoos are calculated based of size and complexity of your tattoo. Prices will be available once your design is established.
At this time we do not accept credit or debit cards and are cash only. There is a cash machine in the supermarket a minutes walk from our studio.
At Minky Tatts Studio hygiene is of the upmost importance to us and we go by a strictly one-use system meaning all of the equipment used during your tattoo is disposable to prevent cross contamination.
Please ensure you have eaten and are hydrated before your appointment and refrain from consuming drugs or alcohol at least 24hrs before your appointment,as this could result in you appointment being cancelled and loss of deposit. If you intend to use a local anaesthetic before your tattoo ensure you do a patch test at least 24hrs before your appointment and you MUST inform your artist.
We take hygiene seriously and in return would appreciate it if you would too.
A copy of our tattoo aftercare instructions are available on our Instagram and will also be given to you at the end of your appointment. After care products is also available to purchase in studio.
Cash deposits are required at least 7 days before your appointment, we are happy to move your appointment as long as we are given 7 days notice before the date of your original appointment. Deposited can only be moved once bother wise they will be lost and your space given away.
